Slip Stoppers, The Leader in Safe Tile Flooring

The time to prevent a slip-and-fall accident is before one occurs! Is Your Tile Flooring Safe?

I had Slip Stoppers put a non-slip surface in my rooms. It has been really successful. I am more than happy to recommend this firm.

Mr. Michael JonesFounder & CEO at Madycoders

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) recommends that walking surfaces in public areas have a SCOF of 0.50 or above in all conditions. OSHA has set forth a plan to increase its inspections at medical and retirement facilities this year in an effort to reduce slip and fall accidents in the workplace. They are also meeting with Congress to make the SCOF guideline of 0.50 into a RULE that all businesses must adhere to. Contact us if you need to book a COF testing for your surfaces.

The Americans with Disabilities Act calls for a SCOF of 0.60 for flat surfaces and a 0.80 for ramps. Meeting ADA guidelines may qualify an organization for a tax credit of up to $5,000 (please consult your tax professional) and many organizations also managed to reduce insurance rates. Do your floors meet ADA and OSHA guidelines? If not, please contact us for a free floor consultation so we can show you how our treatment will bring your “slippery” floors into compliance!

About Non-Slip Services

Slippery floors have been the responsibility of property managers, hotels, assisted living properties, restaurant owners, home owners, architects and designers for years.

When looking for slip resistance solutions for their hard surfaces including slippery tile they’ve turned to SLIP STOPPERS.

There are very few organizations, facilities, agencies and businesses that have no need to worry about the above, if any. Below is an overview of some of our most common clients.

HOTELS

Typical areas of treatment are the pool area, walkways, stairs and steps, lobby and lobby bathrooms, reception, breakfast and other common areas and of course guest room (bathroom) floors and tubs. Contact us for a free quote for treatment of any or all of the mentioned areas.

COUNTRYCLUBS & GYMS

You treat your members like family. Are you 100% sure that all your surfaces are safe when dry and wet? The pool area, locker rooms, bathrooms, walkways, steps and stairs, lobby and gym floors? RETAIL, MALLS, SHOPPING PLAZAS & INDUSTRIAL/PARKING GARAGE FLOORING

We live in Florida, meaning we get our fair share of rain! Even if we meticulously maintain our bathrooms and floors, even if spills are cleaned right away, rain water will be brought in by customers, causing a potential hazardous situation for anyone in your building. Spills and condensation are also a common occurrence on industrial floors and parking garages, also putting those that use these surfaces potentially at risk. There is no need worry, call for a surface testing appointment today!

AIRPORTS , BOATS/SHIPS/YACHTS & DOCKS

The excitement of traveling often is overshadowed by passengers or vessel owners being at risk because of the many potentially slippery surfaces they face. Airport bathrooms and floors, marina docks, yacht and boat decks – all areas that could be of concern. Want to find out how to minimize those concerns? Contact us for a free quote or schedule a COF testing of your areas of concern. Contact us for a free quote or schedule a COF testing of your areas of concern.

GOVERNMENT BUILDINGS, AGENCIES & PUBLIC FACILITIES
